I was searching for a health checkup and randomly found the clinic, ms.meezan was very kind and helpful for me to choose the plan and she did everything so easy.I had a hustle free time there, the staff were really nice to me.Ms meezans customer service approach is really commentable.

My insurance didnt cover few tests for me so I had to pay them myself. I found Health Checks 360 online and their prices were very reasonable so I gave them a call. The service is brilliant! Satya booked me an appointment straight away and gave me the options to pay in the clinic or online. Its also great that they work with many clinics in Dubai which means that you can pick a convenient for you location. After few days I received the results on my email address. I later requested from Satya a stamped hard copy (because another clinic requested it from me) and she arranged it the same day. Im personally very pleased and for sure would recommend them to my friends.

My experience with Healthcare was special, I was about to come to spend the holidays in Dubai with my family and I saw fit to take the opportunity to do my health check-up as I used to do in France, so during My research on Google I came across several health clinics including Healthcare360, the person online started by giving me all the information necessary for the analyzes I needed and thats not all, every day she followed me up to when the appointments were made, she was also in contact with the team in the clinic, this person was simply wonderful in terms of customer service. She made sure that the service was delivered end to end with customer satisfaction, she even went beyond my expectations by offering me a zoom interview with the Doctor when my results will be available. All went on well at Zia Medical Centre where I was booked by HealthChecks360. The Cardiologist Dr Galal E. Nagib Elkilany handled my case very professionally and tenderly for 2 days . The are not a laboratory !!! just an intermediary sending you to all sort of other small medical clinics !! when you turn up there the people dont know what you asking for !!. the clinic they sent me lost my blood and kept giving excuses !!!...asked me for another sample which i refused...very bad services...Dont waste your time and money with them !!...better to research before u go

Healthcheck360 is a very good service, My experience with the MVR doctor was very unprofessional and she was very rude however i have no complains agains healthcheck360 they were very helpful and supportive in providing my report and scan pictures from the scan although the scan pictures were bad quality due to MVR equipment not being up to date but now i have been informed that MVR and healthcheck360 are two separate companies so there for my complaint is towards MVR and not healthcheck360

The assistant was able to assist me in getting all my laboratory tests done despite the tight schedule of time I had. I am particularly happy with the ophthalmologist I saw at icare multi-specialist clinic. She was friendly and she gave me all the time I needed to attend to my concerns. I am not too happy with the guide on locations but that wouldn’t have been an issue with someone living in dubai. Generally I will recommend them for others and I will use them again when I have the need.
